In-law Apartment Remodel - McGinness Residence - Falmouth, MA

Dain Stephens was contracted by interior designer Molly McGinness (www.mollymcginnessdesign.com) to remodel an in-law apartment. Dain installed a ‘kitchenette’ that runs nearly the full length of a wall with a slanted ceiling where headroom was an issue. The ‘kitchenette’ includes a 24" oven, a two burner cooktop, refrigerator and freezer drawers, a work area and plenty of additional storage. Dain restructured the oversized bathroom to create a dressing area and add even more storage. The smaller sized bathroom still feels spacious thanks to a modern design including a curbless shower, floor to ceiling glass shower separation, and floating vanity.
