Older houses on the Cape may look beautiful on the outside but conceal water damage between the walls. Dain Stephens Design was contracted to replace rotted windows, framing and insulation and a leaking roof. The whole room was lifted to also repair a rotted structural floor system. Traditional styled windows were chosen by Dain Stephens to fit the house's Greek Revival architecture.
