Cottage Addition - Harwich, MA
This cottage started as a 10' x 10' shed. Dain Stephens Design & Construction converted the shed to a year-round guest cottage by expanding it to 300 square feet, adding insulation, a half-bath, Anderson insulated windows, a new front door, and laminate wood floors. The custom crafted interior trim provides a rustic cottage feel in the woods of Cape Cod.
